“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

Hebrews 11:1

God

We believe in God, the creator of heaven and earth, and all that is in it for His pleasure, Sovereign over all. Alpha and omega. We believe that God the Father, Jesus Christ the son and the Holy Spirit are one.

“In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.’’ –Genesis 1:1

“For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him, all things consist.’’ –Colossians 1:16-17

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, The word that became flesh conceived of the Holy Spirit through a virgin. He lived a life without sin to fulfill the law, He laid down His life willingly for the redemption of our sins and rose again assuring us that all who believe in Him will not perish but have eternal life.

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’’ –John 14:6

Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God, sent as our helper, comforter, and teacher. He is the seal of God’s promises to us. He guides us into the whole truth, leads us in the perfect will of the Father, and empowers us to be His witnesses.

“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.’’ –John 14:26

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” –Acts 1:8

Scripture

Every word of God is true and we believe all scripture written in the Holy Bible is inspired by God and profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3:16

The entirety of Your word is truth, And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever. – Psalm 119:160

So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. – Romans 10:17

Salvation

We believe we receive salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Salvation is not earned by our deeds but is a free gift from God given to all who willingly believe and confess that Jesus is Lord and God raised Him from the dead.

“That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.’’ –Romans 10:9

“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God’’ –Ephesians 2:8

Baptism

We believe the baptism of water is a public declaration of repentance, being buried with Jesus Christ in the water, and being raised with Him again as a new creation. We also believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and fire through Jesus Christ.

“Then Peter said to them, “Repent and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.’’ –Acts 2:38

“I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.’’ –Matthew 3:11

Prayer

We believe prayer is a lifestyle. Through it, we can converse with God, and deepen our intimacy with Him. We believe in the power of prayer to establish God’s kingdom on earth and transform lives, cities, and nations. We believe we need to pray with understanding, perseverance, and faith.

“Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” ‭‭I Timothy‬ ‭2‬:‭1-4‬
“Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.’’ –James 5:16

“If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.’’ –John 15:7
