Focus! Don’t beat the air!

God is the Creator of heaven and earth, indeed, but He is also our Father who is slow to anger and full of compassion and mercy. No matter how much we mess up, He is always ready to forgive, as His grace is new every morning. Let’s come to Him again today. Bring everything you have in mind. He is listening.

Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you for strengthening our spirits daily, so we can withstand the many distractions we face throughout the day. Refine our minds to see You and to meditate on all things which are pleasing to you. Fill our minds, so we can remain steadfast and focused to accomplish Your will on earth. Amen

“And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air. But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.”

~‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭I Corinthians‬ ‭9‬:‭25‬-‭27‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
