Fountain of Life

Psalm of the Cleansing Fountain

I
O Lord, my darling Dayspring and my Living Water, come wash and make me whole;
Give me to drink from Your wellspring of life, that I may never thirst again.
Let this living water overflow within me like a river that never runs dry,
And like the rain of heaven, pour Yourself out upon my soul.

II
I seek no revenge, O Lord, but only Your grace; let Your mercy be my judge,
Where they have gathered against me, let Your mercy prevail.
Make me prudent, gentle, and humble, completely formed into Your likeness;
That I may mirror Your character and reflect Your glory to all the earth,
For You are kind, merciful, full of love, and there is none to compare to Thee.

III
Without money, I draw deeply from the wells of Your salvation, and with great delight;
My cup is filled with new wine. Let me be fed with the Bread of Life so I will never go hungry again.
Remembering my sorrow no more, for my guilt is washed away by the blood of the Lamb;
The Chief Judge has declared me free—discharged, acquitted, and fully restored.

IV
Let all who bear Your holy name walk in freedom, clothed in Your Majesty;
And like Your servant David, let Your faithful ones grow stronger and stronger,
While every opposing force grows weaker and weaker, now and always. Amen.

The Heart of the Psalm: “The verdict of Heaven has already set you free.”

This psalm beautifully captures the transition from spiritual thirst to absolute divine vindication. It reminds us that when we stop seeking our own revenge and instead ask God’s mercy to be our judge, the highest court in heaven rules in our favor. You are not merely forgiven; you are legally discharged and acquitted of every charge the enemy tries to bring against you.

As you drink from His unquenchable fountain today, expect supernatural strengthening, cleansing, and toning. Just as David grew stronger while his opposition faded away, the grace of God on your life is multiplying. Walk in the freedom of the cleared slate, clothed in His righteousness, and let His joy overflow to everyone you meet.
