What drains your energy and attention the most these days? Jesus is a strong and mighty Tower which we can rely on and get our strength from. Lay all your burden and cast down all your worries to Him. He will give you rest.

O Lord my God, I am Your child and You are my Father. Lord, according to Your word, which says whatever we ask for in Your name, if we believe it shall be done, I ask that You may bless everyone who takes refuge in You and who glorifies Your mighty name. Amen.
