Oil of gladness is yours to receive

Have you ever seen the reaction of a parent when their child gives them a drawing? It might not be the most sophisticated piece of art they have ever seen, but they feel extremely proud of it and usually expose it for all to see. This is exactly how proud our heavenly Father is of us for everything we do intentionally for Him. Never be ashamed in His presence.

Let’s Pray:

Almighty God, I pray that You look down from heaven and save me. My depression is like a mighty storm that is raging inside me. Despite the waves and the clouds that threaten to destruct, I know You are with me. I look to you, Father, to ease my heart with Your comfort and peace. In You I shall have perfect peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen

‘’You love righteousness and hate wickedness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of gladness more than Your companions.’’

~‭‭‭‭Psalms 45:7-8
