God of glory, You who are mighty and sovereign,
We cry to see Your power that split the Red Sea into two
creating dry ground in the midst of the sea
For Your people to walk through and be saved.
God with the same mighty power,
makes a way for us and our children
wherever there seems to be no way.Lord, send forth Your angels to smooth
and straighten the rough path ahead of us
and remove all the stumbling blocks on our way.
Let each road we pass become holy ground,
and guide us through all righteousness. As You are the Lord who is the builder of all things,
build a bridge for Your people,
a highway that will lead our families to the promised land
that overflows with milk and honey,
Which You promised to our forefathers. As numerous as the grains of sand on the seashore
so is the gratitude of our hearts towards You, O’Lord,
because the stone which the builders rejected
has now become the chief cornerstone.
Hallelujah, amen!
