Our faith resides in God alone, our Anchor and our Light,
Our praises lift His holy name above the deepest night.
A song that glorifies the King of kings, and His marvelous grace—
He will purify the longing heart and build this holy city. For as we sing, people rise, in strength and power, and are filled with His boldness,
With glory that surpasses all that human minds can hold.
Until the smoke of presence fills the temple and the whole.
For every eye shall see His face in majesty arrayed,
In splendor that outshines the sun, where fear is cast away.I see the hand of God reach out from the curtains of the cloud,
To show His wondrous works to us and lift the brokenhearted, the weary heart.
I see the movement of His grace, His mercy rich and deep,
An endless compassion for the promises He’ll keep.
His power, like a furnace, glows, a fire of sacred birth,
Transforming every heart of stone and igniting all the earth.Upon the tents of Jacob now, the morning star shall rise,
To rest on Israel like the sun that paints the dawning skies.
It radiates within the Church, a light that will not cease,
To shine across the nations with a message of His peace. To Lord Jehovah be the praise, through all ages,
Amen, and still Amen again—for all eternity.

Father’s Glory
