God sees my desire

My heart is full of praise for You, O Lord.
More than a thousand times a day
shall I sing from the top of my lips
As I choose to revere and exalt You evermore,
No ocean can quench the fire of Your praise
That burns within me.

Your kingdom shall never fail, it will reign forever.
I stand in awe of Your tabernacle that is made of pure gold
As Your glory shines all over me
You are making everything new and great
As You have promised my Lord, my God.

Why have You loved me this much even more than Your angels?
And why do you desire to bless me all the time?
You bestow upon me blessings upon blessings
And satisfy my craving soul with Your love.

I long to have a holy supper with You,
Singing Your praises with the heavenly hosts,
And beholding the beauty and glory of my King.

Father Lord, may Your children all over the world
always long for Your presence,
And may You satisfy their desires evermore. Amen!
