I lift up my eyes to the Lord

Praying is speaking with God, assuring that He listens. Call unto Him today for whichever need you may have, and watch Him come through!

Let’s Pray:

Gracious and faithful God, Your mercy is great. Don’t count our sins, but plead our cause and forgive our transgressions. We have done much evil against You; even our fathers did not obey Your law, nor did they teach us how to keep Your commandments. Lord, You are kind and loving; show us Your compassion and do not leave Your people to perish by the sword of their enemies. Lord, we know our ways have not been pleasant in Your sight, as You are perfect and don’t delight in sin. Lord, forgive, save, and help us and our children, so we can honor Your name and praise You wholeheartedly forevermore. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

I lift up my eyes to you, to you who sit enthroned in heaven. As the eyes of slaves look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a female slave look to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the Lord our God, till he shows us his mercy. Have mercy on us, Lord, have mercy on us, for we have endured no end of contempt. –

Psalm 123:1-3
