It is merely a distraction to take your mind off the fact that you are not happy with your current life and something is lacking. Shut off entertainment today and ponder on your life. What is missing? Could it be God? Talk with Him in prayer today.

Father, I humbly ask You to pardon me for the ways I may have mistreated other people. Forgive me for not treating them with love and respect, as You love them. As Your mercy never fails, grant me Your mercy. As You called me Your child, give me Your heart to forgive those who might have wronged me. Thank you, God, for Your forgiveness. Amen.
