Today, do not just limit yourself to saying a prayer in your heart. When you talk to God, He listens and wants to answer. He does so mainly through His Word, the Bible. Read a bible verse today and think about what God is saying to you through it. Try reading the verse John 3:16.
Let’s Pray:
Father, I do not pray to be rich nor to be poor, but to be content, for Your provision in my life is more than gold and silver. If You only provide me daily with bread and water, I will be more than satisfied, for You know all my needs and wants in life and I know that those who trust in You have no lack. Thank you, Father God, for supplying me with my daily necessities and so much more. I am glad I have been freed from debt through Your mighty power, and that I have You as my loving and caring Father. Amen.
“Two things I request of You (Deprive me not before I die): Remove falsehood and lies far from me; Give me neither poverty nor riches— Feed me with the food allotted to me; Lest I be full and deny You, And say, “Who is the Lord?” Or lest I be poor and steal, And profane the name of my God.”
