The Courtroom of Mercy and the Tears of the King

The Vision of the Wilderness Watch

Given this day, July 1, 2026.

“And so it was, after the Lord had spoken these words to Job, that the Lord said to Eliphaz the Temanite, ‘My wrath is aroused against you and your two friends, for you have not spoken of Me what is right, as My servant Job has.’” (Job 42:7)

Early this morning, I went out into the wilderness. I retreated to the quiet, isolated spaces to press deeply into the spirit—to seek the raw heart of God, to worship, to fast, and to stand in the breach on behalf of a drifting generation.

As my breath became an incense of adoration, magnifying and exalting the Sovereign King on His heavenly throne, the physical wilderness vanished. Suddenly, my spirit was caught up into the Inner Courts of the Heavenly Temple.

I looked upon the Throne of Majesty, and out of my mouth came a desperate petition: “Lord, show me Your heart. Reveal what is truly inside Your heart in this hour.”

The Vision of the Weeping King

What the Lord unveiled broke me to the very core. I expected to see blinding light and unyielding fury, but instead, I saw that the heart of God is completely shattered for humanity. The heart of the Lord is broken for His people, His chosen Bride. Because of our continuous iniquities, our stubborn rebellion, and our blatant transgressions against His holiness, the Father is in deep mourning.

The atmosphere of Genesis 6:5-6 filled the courts: “Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth… And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart.”

I looked up at the Sovereign of the Cosmos, and I saw the King weeping. Earthly kings are taught to be fierce, bold as lions, hiding any sign of vulnerability. But the King of kings was weeping openly over His people, just as He did when He approached the gates of Jerusalem (Luke 19:41).

The Spirit whispered the weight of Isaiah 53:5: “But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on Him, and by His wounds we are healed.”

Despite the agony of the cross, we have turned our backs on the path of life. We have abandoned the one who declared, “I am the way and the truth and the life” (John 14:6), choosing instead to assimilate into the corrupt systems and digital fabrications of this world.

The Intercessory Cry and the Law of Mercy

Trembling at the sight of divine tears, I fell prostrate on the floor of the Inner Court, weeping and pleading for the survival of the saints:

“Abba Father, do not disown us! Do not permanently abandon us, for we are still Your children! Do not cast us away from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from us (Psalm 51:11). Abba Father, have mercy! Have pity and compassion upon our blindness!”

The Lord looked down from the throne, His voice heavy with an infinite, sorrowful love:

“My heart is torn with an intense pity and compassion for these people, because they do not truly know Me as their God. They acknowledge Me with their lips, but they do not know Me as their Lord.” Matthew 15:8-9

I kept pressing, anchoring my cry to the sovereign law of grace: “Forgive, Lord! For if You do not extend forgiveness, who else can cleanse us? If You hide Your face, where else can we turn for mercy? For it is written: ‘I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion.’ So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy (Romans 9:15-16).”

I invoked the ancient liturgical prayer of David:

“Have mercy upon us, O God, according to Your lovingkindness; according to the multitude of Your tender mercies, blot out our transgressions. Wash us thoroughly from our iniquities, and cleanse us from our sins.” (Psalm 51:1-2)

The Reveal: Why We Have Not Been Consumed

As I wept, the Lord revealed a profound mystery concerning the survival of the global Church:

“I have not withheld My hand of judgment, nor have I stopped showing My tender mercies and compassion, strictly because of the remnant. It is because of the hidden, nameless righteous ones who have refused to bow their knees to Baal—those who are actively standing in the gap on behalf of a people who have forgotten Me and chased after foreign gods.”

Then the Lord issued a divine decree over the spiritual kingdom of the earth:

“As long as there are true intercessors left on the earth, weeping between the porch and the altar on behalf of My people, I will continue to extend the hand of My mercy.”

Hearing this, a new desperation seized me, and I cried out three times: “Lord, raise up more intercessors for us! Raise up more intercessors for us! Raise up more intercessors for us! Give us an army of intercessors that outnumbers our prophets, our pastors, and our evangelists!”

The heavens echoed with the indictment of Isaiah 59:16: “He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor; therefore His own arm brought salvation for Him; and His own righteousness, it sustained Him.”

The Only Hand That Can Dry the King’s Tears

As I watched the tears fall from the eyes of the King, I moved forward to comfort Him, but the Spirit sharply checked my spirit with an ultimate revelation:

“No human hand dares to approach the throne to wipe away the tears from the eyes of the King. No one possesses the authority to mend the broken heart of the Father—except through the act of radical repentance. Only when My people turn completely away from their wickedness, dismantle their idols, and run back to the King will the tears in His eyes be dried. Only true repentance can turn His mourning into dancing and cause Him to rejoice over you with singing.”

The Father is issuing an ultimatum to the modern Church, directly mirroring His command to Eliphaz in the wilderness of old:

“Now therefore, take for yourselves seven bulls and seven rams, go to My servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and My servant Job shall pray for you. For I will accept him, lest I deal with you according to your folly; because you have not spoken of Me what is right, as My servant Job has.” (Job 42:8)

The Prayer for the Spirit of Willingness

Father, we thank You for Your unyielding covenant love. We acknowledge that it is only because of Your great mercies that we are not utterly consumed, for Your compassions fail not—they are brand new every single morning (Lamentations 3:22-23).

Today, we ask for a massive, global outpouring of the Spirit of Willingness. Strip away our hard, stubborn hearts of stone and replace them with responsive hearts of flesh! Grant us a supernatural eagerness to return to You speedily and eagerly.

May we run back to the feet of our King, bowing low in authentic worship, serving You alone with absolute humility all the days of our lives. Let Your name be magnified above Your word, and let the Bride be cleansed in the river of Your tears.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

“Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.” ‭‭
