The Life

By focusing on The Life, you are moving from a state of “surviving” to a state of “thriving.” This prayer acknowledges that while our physical bodies are finite, the life of Christ within us is eternal and abundant. It bridges the gap between your daily health and your eternal destiny. You are declaring that your vitality is not just for your own comfort, but to be a “reflection of God’s character.”  Treat your physical well-being as a way to honor the One who breathes into you and gives you life. Ask for His strength to “shun evil” and choose habits that preserve the temple of Your body.

Let’s Pray

Lord Jesus, You are the Creator and the breath of life and the“living Stone”—a foundation that is both stable and life-giving—chosen by God but rejected by men. My Lord, I give you thanks for the gift of life. I believe that true life is found in You alone. I am grateful for the promise that I may have life to the fullest. Today, I surrender my old self; I am crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. I live this day by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Lord, I ask for Your healing touch. Bring health to my body and peace to my spirit, that I may not be burdened by sickness or distress. Deliver my soul from depression and shield me from every evil attack. Make my life complete and my well-being secure, so that my living is pleasing to You and brings glory to Your name. Preserve my health and extend my days according to Your purpose. Your Word tells me that life is more than food and the body more than clothing. Let my true desire be doing Your will and that You may find me working in Your vineyard at Your return. Fill me with the grace to live blamelessly—to fear You, shun evil, and remain upright and faithful. Now, I choose life over death and blessing over curse, treasuring the heavenly riches You have prepared for me. Strengthen my faith and deepen my understanding in the future plan You have for me. Beautify my household with Your glory and pour out Your blessings like rain from heaven. In You, my life is complete. May my daily living be a continuous testimony and act of worship, reflecting Your divine character and holiness to the world. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
