The Lord’s Favor

This is a Psalm of God’s favor and glory

I
I am a person of favor with grace, marked by the King of Glory;
The Lord has called me by my name and blessed my life beyond measure.
The Most High stands on my side; He commands His angels to surround me.
Blessed am I when I come in, and blessed am I when I go out.

II
His words become healing to my soul. You shield me with mighty armor, and joy overflows my heart.
I rejoice this day with gladness, for the Lord has lifted me up.
You promoted me to high places and positioned my feet securely,
Aligning my steps with His sovereign will and eternal purpose.

III
Because I live the abundant life in Christ Jesus,
I break my bread with the hungry and share my wine with the stranger.
Out of the riches of His glory, my cup is running over;
He has given me sweet rest, and a sound sleep in the quiet of the night.

IV
He covers me beneath the shadow of His wings,
And clothes me in a beautiful garment of praise.
I walk in absolute freedom, anchored in the assurance of faith,
For I have found favor in the sight of my God, and He has done great things.
Amen.

“Abundance is not just what you hold; it’s what you are free to share.”

This is a powerful blueprint for a life lived under the canopy of heaven’s favor. It shifts the focus from striving to receiving. When God blesses you, it isn’t just for your own comfort—He expands your territory so that your table becomes large enough to feed the stranger.

As you speak these words today, let the reality of your positioning sink in. You are defended by angels, clothed in praise, and granted the kind of peace that brings sound sleep. Walk out your doors today knowing that the God who called you by name has already gone ahead of you to secure your victory.
