How can we put God first?

What a powerful choice it is to put God first in every area of your life. When Jesus said, “seek first the kingdom of God,” He was inviting us to make Him the foundation of our daily lives, the ultimate center of our every being and desire. This isn’t just about making Him a part of your life; it’s about building a relationship with Him and making Him the very heart of it.

Don’t let Jesus be your last resort or only your hope in a crisis. Embrace Him as your first and last hope, for He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. He is the author and perfecter of our faith, and all things were made through Him.

When you surrender everything to Him—when you lay it all down at His feet—He will satisfy your every desire with good things. Make the intentional choice to seek Him first. Acknowledge Him before and after your accomplishments, and you will discover His good and perfect will for your life. His blessings will overflow in you, continuously chasing after you, forever and ever.

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.’’

‭‭~‭‭‭‭Matthew 6:33
