O God, pour in me, Your still waters
to quench the thirsty soul within me.
You told me to be confident, for You are with me.
You said I should not be dismayed, for You are my God.Deliver me from the raging waters
And free me from many troubles.
By Your comfort, calm my soul.
Your Spirit is the fire that lights my path and keeps me warm
When I am encamped alone by the River Chebar,
You are the living water that refreshes my soul.You purify my heart with hyssop and sanctify my thoughts by Your Word.
You beautify my body with the richest ointment made from truffles.
You speak amazing blessings and promise to take me
to wonderful places I have never been.
Though it sounds too good to be true, O Lord,
I will trust You and for all of my days, You will be my God.
Blessed are You Lord, God of the universe!
