When you sleep, may the Lord cover you with His peace

If you are reading this today, it means that God is drawing you to Himself, as no one can come to Jesus without His call. And everyone who comes to Jesus will not be cast away. He loves you and invites you to come even closer. How would you respond to His invitation?

Let’s Pray:

Lord, You that saved Jonah out of the belly of the fish, please, deliver me from my nightmares and grant me rest. Lord, I constantly feel unrest whenever I sleep at night; I hear the sound of the waves like a storm in my ears, and this creates great fear in my heart. Father, cover me with Your Spirit and let me sleep in calmness, and wake up in peace all of the days of my life, as I dwell in Your presence. Amen!

“When you lie down, you will not be afraid; Yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet. Do not be afraid of sudden terror, Nor of trouble from the wicked when it comes; For the Lord will be your confidence, And will keep your foot from being caught.”

Proverbs‬ ‭3‬:‭24‬-‭26‬
