A 14-year old boy was killed and 5 others injured in Saturday’s knife attack in Villach, Austria. The attacker, a 23-year old Syrian asylum seeker was later detained at the scene of the attack. The man was radicalized with Islamic teachings online, with an IS flag reportedly found in his apartment. The injured have been admitted to the hospital, with 2 of them now in serious condition.
Let’s Pray:
Father Lord, we pray for the comfort of the parents and family of this young boy who has lost his life in this attack. We pray for miraculous healing and grace upon the injured, especially those who are in serious condition. We ask for the restoration of peace and unity in this land. We ask that every Austrian come to salvation in Jesus Christ, Amen.
Now may the Lord of peace Himself continually grant you peace in every circumstance. The Lord be with you all!
