Congratulations! You have reached the last day of this prayer plan and we pray and hope that you have been blessed so far. Today, we want to conclude this plan with thanksgiving! Let’s thank the Lord for everything that He has done, the battles that have been won, the enemies that have been defeated, and the plunder that God has given to us. The Great I AM, has promised to fight for us and we will just stand still, hold our peace, and see His salvation; for the challenges that we may face today, we won’t see again tomorrow (Exodus 14:13-14). And if God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31). And what He said, He will do, because He is faithful, and He cannot deny Himself (2 Timothy 2:13). All of this is not because of any of our deeds, but because of Jesus Christ! Hallelujah! Maybe you celebrated Easter without fully realizing why the fact that Jesus is alive is such a big deal: See, it is the ultimate proof and confirmation that everything that Jesus said is true and trustworthy, therefore every single one of His promises is yes and amen! In summary, this means that as long as we walk with Jesus, we are victorious every day because Jesus has conquered it all. With Him, we are more than conquerors in Him who loved us (Romans 8:37). And what other response can we give to Him, besides our praise and worship? Let us thank the Lord for giving us the assurance of victory in Christ Jesus, and for holding our hand every step along the way, until the very end !
“And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”
-Deuteronomy 31:8
Let’s pray:
Lord Jesus, I want to thank You for the assurance of victory that You have given, not only for the battles I had in the past, but also for the challenges I face today and in the future. Thank You for Your promise to never leave nor forsake me. Thank You for walking before me and fighting for me, that I may just stand still and hold my peace in You. Please remind me to always rejoice in You regardless of the circumstances, for I know that because You are with me, I am victorious. Thank You for being my God; what a privilege to be called Your people. You are awesome, Lord Jesus, I give you all my praise and worship, in Jesus’ name, amen.
