Equipped for every good work!

Whether it is to visit the doctor’s office, to travel to another country, or even just to have dinner, you are usually required to make a reservation, and choose amongst the available time slots which one is the least inconvenient for you. But with God, the creator of the universe, no appointment is required. You can talk with Him anywhere and anytime. What great news!

Let’s Pray:

Dear Lord, I humbly ask You, to be a doer and not only a hearer of Your word. I do not want to merely hear of Your glory, make me a partaker. Help me be among those who go around daily sharing the gospel, giving alms to the poor, comforting the sick, providing food to the needy, visiting the prisoners, and cheering up those who are in distress. Father, empower and equip me to carry on with Your good work. Amen!

“As you go, proclaim this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭10‬:‭7‬-‭8‬
