Fear no more!

Breathe in. Breathe out. Did you know that God sent His son Jesus Christ to die for your sin, thereby giving you access to eternal life, peace, and joy in Him? All you have to do is believe in Him and surrender your life to Him. Breathe in. As you breathe out, visualize all your burdens being lifted away by Christ. Enjoy His peace. Breathe out.

Let’s Pray:

Dear Lord, with Your mighty power, deliver me from anxiety and the fear of the future. Please take care of the things that are unknown to me, which are causing me to be afraid. I confess that You have not given me the spirit of fear, but of love, power, and sound mind. God, restore Your courage and boldness in me, for I entrust my future into Your holy hand. In Christ Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

II Timothy‬ ‭1‬:‭7
