You know what? Jesus Christ, who died on the cross so that you can be at peace with the Father, is right now praying for you. Also, the Holy Spirit that He puts in your heart is doing the same. So even if you don’t say anything now, it is okay. They know how you feel and everything that is happening around you. Come to Him anyway. Bring everything to Him. He will give you rest.

Lord, give me the courage to let go of my past and grant me a forgiving and loving heart towards those who have hurt me, wronged me, and betrayed me. In Jesus’ mighty name I ask. Amen.
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
