My soul’s only longing

If you get one chance to speak to the king or the president of your country, what will you say? Will you come with your most important concern, or will you come only to thank him for the opportunity and spend time with him? Now, what if you get unlimited access to meet the King of kings and the Creator of the universe, what would you say? Will you come in gratitude, with request, or both?

Let’s Pray:

O Lord, as the deer pants for the water, so are the hearts of everyone longing for something from You. Even the most powerful and wealthiest person in this world still desires and wants a thing from You. Lord, we pray that the desires of men seeking after the salvation of their souls shall rise in countless numbers, and in the season of our waiting let not our hearts grow weary of asking. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray! Amen.

“As the deer longs for streams of water, so I long for you, O God.”

~‭‭Psalm 42:1 NLT
