Focus on the imagery of the “new wine” and “new wineskins.” Pray for the Holy Spirit to cleanse and transform you (pouring out the old) and to refill you with His Spirit and power (new wine).
Let’s Pray:
Lord Jesus, I surrender everything to You and bow at Your feet. I offer myself as a burnt offering; please accept me and champion my cause. Just as old wine is poured out, I pour myself out to You. Fill me with new wine, and to preserve me, cover me with new wineskins. Lord, have Your way within me. Abba Father, to You be praise, honor, and glory forever and ever. Amen!
