Ruth 3:4–5 is the Altar of Sacred Trust. Ruth placed her entire reputation, security, and future into the hands of Naomi’s wisdom and Boaz’s character. This prayer is your Declaration of Absolute Yielding, stepping down from the driver’s seat of your life and telling King Jesus, “All that You say to me, I will do.” Ruth’s response to a very risky, unconventional plan was simple: “All that you say to me I will do.” She didn’t debate, overthink, or modify the instructions. When God gives you clear direction through His Word or Spirit-led counsel, swift and complete obedience is what unlocks the miracle (John 2:1-11). Naomi told Ruth to “uncover his feet, and lie down; and he will tell you what you should do.” The feet represent the lowest posture of submission and vulnerability. Before Boaz ever elevated Ruth to be his wife, she took the posture of a servant at his feet. Breakthrough always begins at the feet of the Redeemer. Notice the phrase: “and he will tell you what you should do.” Ruth’s job was positioning and surrender; Boaz’s job was direction and execution. Stop trying to force outcomes. Position yourself in prayer and holiness, take your place at His feet, and wait for Him to speak your next steps.
Let’s Pray
O Lord my Father, You know my every step—from my going out to my lying down. Nothing escapes Your thoughts towards me (Jeremiah 29:11), and I cherish Your word stored in my heart. Give me a teachable spirit and ears that are swift to hear Your voice (James 1:19). Just as Ruth received the wisdom of Naomi and replied, “All that you say to me I will do,” grant me the grace of wholehearted obedience. Deliver me from hesitation, pride, or fear. Whatever You command me to do today, Lord, I yield my will completely to Yours. Father, teach me how to wait quietly at Your feet until You reveal my next move (Luke 10:39). Just as You instructed Jeremiah not to be afraid (Jeremiah 1:7-8) and directed Paul on his precise mission (Acts 9:6), show me today what I must do to serve Your kingdom. Order my steps to the exact place of Your favor and purpose. Break down every obstacle of fear or self-doubt (John 20:27), for You are with me to protect and deliver me. I position myself in surrender, trusting that You will speak clear directions into my life. Lord Jesus, You promised that those who keep Your word will be loved by the Father, and You will make Your home with them (John 14:23). Make my heart and home Your dwelling place today. Thank You for calling me Your friend as I walk in alignment with Your commands (John 15:14). Give me the grace to run the race set before me with steadfast endurance, knowing that true safety, purpose, and elevation are found in total submission to Your divine layout. My heart is surrendered, my ears are open, and my obedience is complete in You, O Lord. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

“Then it shall be, when he lies down, that you shall notice the place where he lies; and you shall go in, uncover his feet, and lie down; and he will tell you what you should do.” And she said to her, “All that you say to me I will do.”
