The Lord is One

A psalm of the Reigning One

I
Hallelujah to the Most High, the God of heaven!
Let everything that has breath praise His holy name.
O LORD, they wonder, how can we praise what we haven’t seen,
Or how can we worship what we haven’t experienced?
Holy is He who wrapped Himself in light.
Yahweh is His name, who is enthroned far above the heavens, praised forevermore.
The earth is covered in His beauty; His glory fills the skies.

II
Let the deaf perceive Your voice, O Lord, and the blind behold Your light.
You took away our filthy garments and clothed us in white, pure as snow;
He washed my feet and made me whole.
Your name is engraved upon my heart, and Your word guards the doors of my home.

III
You are worthy, O God, and from Zion You shall be exalted!
As the sun that lights the world is one, so the Lord our God is One over all nations.
The day approaches when all flesh shall see Your glory,
Bowing in awe to lift You high—the Most High God, who lives forever. Amen.

“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one.” (Deuteronomy 6:4)

This Psalm is a powerful declaration of the supreme authority and matchless beauty of Yahweh. He doesn’t just rule from afar; He comes close enough to wash away our past, change our garments, and make His home within our hearts.

Even when the world cannot see or hear Him, His presence is undeniable to those who seek Him. Let His praise fill your home today, and remember that the God you serve is the Most High over every nation, every circumstance, and every storm.
