The Spirit of God

The spirit of God is upon me!
The Almighty has not given me
the spirit of fear, but of faith.
Not the spirit of doubt, but of trust.
Not the spirit of discouragement, but of courage.
Not the spirit of lust but of great love
Not the spirit of distraction, but of focus.
Not the spirit of negativity, but of positivity.
Not the spirit of weakness, but of strength.
Not the spirit of disobedience, but of obedience.
Not the spirit of darkness but of light.
Not the spirit of war but of peace.
Not the spirit of sin but of righteousness .
Not the spirit of captivity but of freedom.
Not the spirit to give up, but to keep moving forward.
Not the spirit of sorrow but of joy
Not the spirit of failure, but of success.
Not the spirit of evil, but of good.
Not the spirit of greed but of generosity.
Not the spirit of confusion, but of clarity.
Not the spirit of procrastination, but of action.

“For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” – 2 Timothy 1:7
