Have things gone out of your control? Do you feel weak and helpless without being able to change anything, regardless how hard you tried? Jesus said that with God, nothing is impossible. He has the whole world in His hands, and He is able to control the situation, if you allow Him to. Would you give that control to Him?
Let’s Pray:
Dear Father, great and awesome God, who is like You in all the earth and in heaven? You reign with power and might forevermore. Those You call You anoint, and those who wholeheartedly seek Your face You rescue. You bless the poor with their daily provision, and You feed the babies with milk. Those You call to Your service, You equip and prepare them for every good work. Nothing that we possess comes from us, and it is not by our knowledge nor strength that we have been sustained until this day. By Your spirit, Lord, You have preserved our lives and kept us and our children alive. If it is to do Your will, we say yes and amen! guide and lead us as we say Yes to Your will. In Jesus’ name, we pray! Amen.
“For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us—by me and Silas and Timothy—was not “Yes” and “No,” but in him it has always been “Yes.” For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.”
