Do not see yourself with the eyes of others, as you can never tell what they have in mind about you. Instead, see through God’s eyes. He created you according to His image and loves you as His child. He has filled you with His Spirit. He has also equipped you with all the good things necessary to accomplish the works He designed for you from the beginning. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.
And how others belittle themselves “We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.”
